Belinda is an independent Thermomix® Consultant based in Brisbane. Her demos feel more like a relaxed afternoon in someone's kitchen than a sales pitch — because that's the kind of cooking she actually believes in.
How I got here
Belinda came to Thermomix the way most people do: through dinner. After years of trying to fit real cooking around full work weeks, kids' schedules, and the general chaos of a busy household, the Thermomix turned out to be the thing that quietly made it all easier — not because of any single feature, but because it stopped being a chore.
Becoming an independent consultant followed naturally. The demos she runs today are the ones she wishes she'd been to herself: practical, warm, and focused on the food you actually want to eat on a Tuesday night.
How I coach
Every demo is built around three things:
- Your kitchen, your routine. No two households cook the same way. We'll work with what you already do.
- Real recipes, not hero dishes. The ones you'll cook again next week, not just on the day.
- Zero pressure. If Thermomix is right for you, you'll know. If it isn't, that's a perfectly fine answer too.
What happens after you buy
This is the part most consultant relationships drop. Belinda doesn't.
- Setup help — walking through the appliance, Cookidoo® sign-in, and the first few recipes so you're not starting from scratch.
- A starter playlist of recipes matched to what you said you'd love to cook — not a generic list.
- Ongoing chat — questions, troubleshooting, "what should I do with this random bag of veg" requests, all welcome.
- Optional follow-up class after a few weeks to lock in the habit.
